The Everlast Group of companies provides development, construction, and restoration services to public and private sector clients in Ontario. This reputable organization secured TRIO for a roof replacement of a commercial building in Brampton. Upon removal of the existing roof system, TRIO discovered a rusted metal deck. Everlast Group was notified right away, and given options within their project budget to correct the unforeseen problem. TRIO’s client communication system operates efficiently during unanticipated events and we are accommodating to clients throughout. Everlast ultimately choose to have the metal deck scrubbed and painted with a rust inhibitor. The entire project was completed beyond satisfaction and on schedule.
