Built in 1979, Palace Pier” was among the first luxury high-rises in West Toronto, along Lake Shore Boulevard.” This impromptu landmark offers amazing views of downtown Toronto on one side with expansive lakeshore views on the other. The roof replacement for this towering (Height: 460′ 470′, 480′) multi-tenant building required careful planning (including working around unpredictable gusts of wind) and continuous communication between the owner and TRIO. Tenants remained content through the process and were happy to see an improvement to their already luxurious place of residence.
