Ministry of Finance – 33 King St. W. Oshawa, ON – Roof Replacement

When the Ministry of Finance was in need of a roof replacement for their multi-levelled, fully tenanted, high-profile municipal facility TRIO was their natural choice. The sensitivity of the tenant and facility required a portion of the work to occur after-hours. In addition, the roofing staging area was restricted due to site conditions. We were also tasked with removal and replacement of 16,000 LEED Certified patio stones. However, TRIO’s unparalleled ability to accommodate the unique needs of a client made this job possible and in the end, we completed the project 122 days ahead of schedule.
