When the Ministry of Finance was in need of a roof replacement for their multi-levelled, fully tenanted, high-profile municipal facility TRIO was their natural choice. The sensitivity of the tenant and facility required a portion of the work to occur after-hours. In addition, the roofing staging area was restricted due to site conditions. We were also tasked with removal and replacement of 16,000 LEED Certified patio stones. However, TRIO’s unparalleled ability to accommodate the unique needs of a client made this job possible and in the end, we completed the project 122 days ahead of schedule.
Not only has TRIO been trusted to put a roof over the head of those in higher education we are sought out for public school roofing needs as well. Nahani Way is not only home to elementary grade levels there is also a day care centre on site, which was fully operational during the roofing construction phase. Such a thing is a testament to the communication and safety standards of TRIO and we were honoured to be chosen for this contract.
Our GTA roofing company was proud to serve this institution of higher learning. Roof replacement for eight sections of the university’s Scarborough location was required through the summer months, completed as the new September semester entered full swing. Adherence to deadlines and safety standards were essential, especially as students returned for their first week. TRIO ensured that neither faculty nor students were disturbed as we completed the roofing job, on schedule.
7 Queen’s Park Crescent
The Frost Building, located in downtown Toronto, is a 6/7 storey government office complex, complete with a uniquely curved architecture. TRIO was trusted to provide roofing upgrades for the entire building. Because tenant operations within the building continued throughout the process, clear communication between our team, the client, and the consultant were paramount to ensure set-up and safety requirements were met with explicit detail. The roofing project was completed efficiently without disruption to the government tenants day-to-day functioning.
