Fengate is an investment management firm also specializing in commercial real estate. TRIO was contracted for a roof replacement for one of their shopping plazas. Once again the retail destination remained open through the duration of the project. Site safety and continuous communication were of upmost importance and accommodating hours-of-operation with early morning efforts successfully maintained a positive atmosphere for retail tenants and their customers.
