Once again TRIO’s reputation for sustainable practices, clear communications, and adherence to client specifications made us the choice to work as a General Contractor together with subcontractors on the project. TRIO also provided HVAC component, wind-screen, pre-cast panel, and skylight glazing work. A LEED Certified roof with White Calcite Stone was installed and Enersource was provided with an extended warranty.
