Project Details
The Region of Halton owns and operates 27 housing communities for families and seniors in Southern Ontario’s Halton municipality. These housing communities include apartments, single-family detached homes, semi-detached homes, and townhouses. TRIO completed work on a roof replacement for a five rise multi-tenant senior complex on Durham Street in Georgetown, which also included work on the front canopy entrance of the building. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, TRIO’s expert communication system between client, contractor, and consultant sought to ensure safety, efficiency, and a strict adherence to schedule so as to not disturb activities and day to day life of residents.
